This type of error usually happens when you have the web developer plugin installed. For those who are experiencing this kind of problem, follow the 3 simple steps below:
- Right click on the toolbar and select Customize Toolbar.
- Select the Icon of the toolbar from the list and select icon and text from the drop down box at the bottom.
- Click Done.
After doing the steps above the selected plugin from the icon list will now show in your toolbar.
