I am back to the real world - My story about Smart Broadband
Wow! It has been more than 2 weeks since I access the Internet. I just got back my Internet connection from my Internet Service Provider, Smart Bro. I lost my Internet connection last January 12 and I just got it back a few days ago. I am really disappointed with their very very very slow response to my inquiries and their style of telling their clients to wait and monitor the connection within 24 hours. I am so pissed the whole time I am talking to their representatives especially when they tell me to wait and monitor for 24 hours again and again. What do they want me to do? Are they telling me not to sleep and monitor my Internet connection within 24 hour for the whole 2 weeks? Or the clock they are using is too slow that it took 2 weeks for their 24 hours. I don’t hold any grudges to the representatives that I talked to, I even explained to them that I am not mad at them I am just mad to the service that their company is offering to the public. I almost terminate my connection and I filed a complaint about their services, right after I submitted the complaint I received a call form their Main office that they will be scheduling a field visit to my place to fix the antenna which is the problem their representatives are telling me. If only they have sent their network technicians to replace my antenna, this problem should be resolved earlier. So to all Smart Bro subscribers like me who doesn’t have a choice but to continue use Smart Bro as your ISP, If you have any problems with your Internet connection and there is no action or positive feedback from their representatives, submit a letter of complaint to the nearest Smart Wireless Center and tell them that if they could not fix it asap (specifying a date is more appropriate) you will be forced to terminate your account. Try it and you will see they will be repairing it the fastest they can.



Same here. I told them I will file a complaint to DTI, within the day, my connection was fix! If they didn’t fix it, I will definitely call DTI though
I decided to switch to PLDT DSL from SmartBro because I wanted to have bigger bandwidth. But still, PLDT has the same problem as SmartBro. No difference among them. When it rains , you just lose your internet connection without question.
naku ganyan ganyang din nangyari sa akin, nawala yung internet connection ko may 12, kakaresume lang ngayon may 16, they always tell me to monitor it for 24 hours, and you are coorect ang tagal ng 24 hours sa kanila, napuyat tuloy ako, grrrrrrr. gusto ko na sana i pa terminate yung smartbro ko kaso may natittira pang 6 months sa 12 months na contract, paano po ba ang gagawain ko?
