I was so surprised to see this theatrical trailer of the new Batman movie which is entitled The Dark Knight. Unlike the other trailer that was launched which are all just teaser trailers, I found this great full theatrical trailer in HD format.

The Dark Knight opens July 18th 2008, and stars Christian Bale as Batman, Heath Ledger as The Joker, Aaron Eckhart, & Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Whole Page Website Screenshot

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

Ever wonder how will you take a screenshot of a webpage that will take the whole page? Most of us takes screenshots by using the print screen key on our keyboard, but the problem with this, it will only take what is visible in our screen. So our primary solution here is to take a screen shot of the upper portion of the page and then the middle part and so on and edit it in our favorite image editing tools. This is a very tedious process and might not work well for all users.

Here are 2 softwares that I am using to attain this kind of screen shots. This are free tools and will be a really good help for you.

Pearl Crescent Firefox Plugin

Pearl Crescent Page Saver is an extension for Mozilla Firefox that lets you capture images of web pages.  These images can be saved in PNG or JPEG format.  Using Page Saver, you can capture an entire page or just the visible portion.  Options let you control whether images are captured at full size (which is the default) or scaled down to a smaller size.

Make Money online through blogging.

Saturday, December 15th, 2007

A lot of people are asking me how to earn money through the internet. Actually there are a lot of ways on how to earn money online, but I think the easiest way is through blogging.

Why do I consider it the easiest?

1.       You can blog on any topic you like.

2.       There are a lot of advertising programs in the internet. (adsense, widgetbucks, etc.)

3.       Get paid to blog about other products or services. (Due to the recent demand of blog advertising and companies find it cheaper to advertise on blogs)

4.       There are a lot of free blog services wherein you can register and create your first blog for free.

5.       You will need only a few hours a day to update your blog.

6.       Your earnings are limitless.

For a fresh start, you can try Smorty and start earning money through blogging. Smorty is my first choice because they have tons of projects directly delivered to your email and faster payments. So what are you waiting for, register now and get paid for blogging.

Smartbro Plan 799 plug it anywhere broadband.

Saturday, December 15th, 2007

Smart Telecommunication Philippines now offered a new exciting plan from their Smart Bro Wireless Broadband Internet. The good thing about this new plan is that it is really portable unlike the existing Smartbro connections wherein they will be installing a receiver antenna on your house, this plan will be using a Smartbro USB modem which you can plug to any computer’s USB port.

The plan is 799 which means you will be paying a 799 pesos monthly fee and an installation fee 1,999 pesos. The monthly fee include a 40 hours free internet access and in the event of exceeding the free 40 hours the subscribers will be charged 10 pesos per 30 minutes block.

I believe this is a really good choice for those who have laptops and travels a lot because they can easily gain an internet access anywhere they are. But for the people who are like me who spends their whole lives at home in front of their PC, I don’t think you should subscribe to this plan 799 and suggest go to the plan 999. (this is if you have good Smart Bro connection if not try the other ISPs.)

Yahoo Messenger for Vista now available for download

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

image After my long wait for the release of yahoo messenger for Windows Vista, the day has finally came. A couple of minutes ago, I received an email from Yahoo telling me that the new Yahoo Messenger for Windows Vista is now available for download.

As you can see from the screen shots I provided it is really different from the other versions of Yahoo messenger. It also make use of the Windows Vista Sidebar for adding quick contacts.image

This is one really cool application that any windows Vista user should have. I just wish that this version is also as stable or if possible more stable than the previous version of Yahoo Messenger. Another thing, you can install Yahoo Messenger for Vista without uninstalling your previous Yahoo Messenger. Which means you can have 2 accounts open at the same time. I don’t know if it’s a bug or something but I like it this way. Although it doesn’t support much of the original features because this is only a preview and only capable of chatting and sending attachments, I still love this version and will be waiting for the full release of this software

Download Yahoo Messenger for Vista now and enjoy chatting with your friends and families.

Online Discussions on how to take care of your family

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007

image I happen to have a friend who seeks help on how to take care of her family, especially her father who is half-paralyzed. We decided to check the Internet for Discussion forums which deals to health care or similar online discussion site.

We happen to find www.bettercaring.com and she is really happy to see other people discussing, giving opinions, and true to life stories of people who experienced the same fate as her. There are also specific topic about care homes, wherein they discuss the tips and their experience on taking care of a love one at home.

One thing more I like in this site is the simplicity of its layout which makes it more appealing and allows even person of old age to easily navigate the entire site.

Adobe Contribute CS3

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007

When I first started blogging, I always tend to use the admin page of wordpress for writing my blog articles. But now, I am really satisfied with my 2 tools for updating my blog entries. The two tools I am pertaining is Adobe Contribute CS3 and Windows Live Writer. There are differences in these two softwares, number one of course is that Live Writer is from Microsoft but it is downloadable for free and Contribute CS3 is from Adobe and it costs $149 US Dollars. But, even Contribute CS3 is not for free it is not only used for blogging but also for web developers for maintaining their own or client’s website.

Website integrity with Dreamweaver integration

Contribute CS3 uses Dreamweaver CS3 templates, ensuring accurate updates to websites designed with Dreamweaver. Look and feel is never compromised, even when multiple authors update content across the site. Authors can only update areas designated by the designer or webmaster, so the site always appears as the designer intended. And just like Dreamweaver, Contribute preserves code quality and formats throughout the editing process.

Taken from adobe.com

The best thing I like in Adobe Contribute CS3 over Windows Live Writer is its ability to display the original web layout and edit from there which is not available in Live Writer. There are still a lot of features to discover in these softwares and I will be pointing it out as I use it for my daily blogging routines.
