Unionbank’s EON Cyber Account for withdrawing Paypal funds

Now that Paypal is now fully active in the Philippines, most people are asking how can they withdraw their funds from Paypal if they have no US Bank Account. I even asked myself this question when I first got the news of Paypal Philippines being fully active.

One way to be able to withdraw funds from Paypal here in the Philippines is thru the use of a Debit Card bit the card should have a Visa logo. Unionbank Philippines offer this kind of service.

According to Unionbank’s website:

“Your UnionBank Visa cards (EON, UBP Visa Credit Cards, and soon for eWallet) can now be used to fund your PayPal account for some serious online shopping! Your UnionBank Card, together with PayPal, will open doors to a wider world of web-wide shopping from major online stores around the world. Be one of the first to experience the convenience of shopping without borders. Follow the guidelines below to open a PayPal account with your UnionBank Visa Cards and start shopping now!”

  1. I would like to see a continuation of the topic

  2. The question is - once the E-ON card is activated, is it automatically enrolled for a cyber account? What is this EXPUSE number?

  3. @ Carol
After activating your EON Card you should enroll for a cyber account in Unionbank’s website. It will be activated in 48 hours and you should not login to it within 48 hours or else your account will be blocked and you will be needing to email (customer.service@unionbankph.com) or call(+632 84186) their customer service department. You should be patient and wait for the 48 hours activation period. regarding the EXPUSE number, after registering your eon card to paypal, you should email(customer.service@unionbankph.com) or call(+632 84186) Unionbank’s customer service department for your EXPUSE number, they will be asking you some security questions about your account.
