With the release of Windows Vista many are astonished with the capabilities of Windows AERO. Windows aero is the user interfaced and visual style of windows vista. However, Windows Aero can only be run by windows vista premium ready PCs; capable PCs can run Vista but not Aero.

I almost get into using windows vista when I heard about this aero thing. I never thought my Ubuntu Distro is also capable of having a visual style far more better than what windows vista has. With lower system requirements I never thought Ubuntu can surpass the graphics Windows Vista currently has. This was made possible by the Beryl Plugin which is a 3rd Party plugin for Ubuntu Feisty Fawn.

I have been using it for a month and compare to Windows aero, Beryl is far more superior for me and runs perfectly in my system. Try it and see for yourself how Beryl will make your Ubuntu Desktop much appealing than windows vista.
